Structure :

The centre is looked after by a board of 8 directors and managed by a committee made of the general manager and of the managers of the three sections ( encounter unit, centre for disabled persons, agro-industrial unit).

The payroll includes 27 people occupied in the following sections
Encounter unit : 1
Centre for mentally disabled persons : 13
Agro-industrial unit : 13

In addition the centre employs several teams of seasonal workers especially for the fruit and grape harvests, and of construction workers for the erection of various buildings.
On the other hand, many volunteers , « the Al- Ard friends », are involved in the project mainly on Thursdays and Fridays, by carrying several social , farming and environmental duties. Have a look at the weekly program of the centre.
It cooperates with the « Association for the Environment and Rural Development » which was founded in 2003 for such purposes in the Homs region.

FINANCING
The larger part of its income is generated by private gifts. Self-financing through own resources is increasing thanks to its agro-industrial turnover and namely the winery in progress.
